new system has emerged to process surveillance footage for facial recognition, and it makes much of the previous technology seem like it belongs in the Stone Age, further empowering the Big Brother surveillance state. This is just another front in the rapidly growing surveillance industry which preys upon the fear and paranoia of the American people which has been instilled by the government through the Department of Homeland Security and their allied entities.

Perhaps the only system that can compete with this blazing fast technology is the facial recognition systems being developed for military drones, which incorporate three-dimensional models of the target’s face. This method allows for even less of the target’s face to be visible while still being able to positively identify them.

The novel system developed by Hitachi Kokusai Electric of Japan is able to process video footage faster and more flexibly any previous technology could allow, thus enabling an even faster response to positive identification.

The system was displayed at the Security Show Expo in Japan and it is capable of processing a wide range of information including both still images and video footage. It is capable of recognizing faces in real-time, or at least as close to real-time as possible, as it is able to compare a target’s face to a stunning 36 million different faces every second.

That’s right, in less than ten seconds it could compare your face to every single person in the United States.

A continuación se verá cada Estado de EE.UU. con campos de concentración esperando a ser utilizados, otros tantos ya cuentan con cierto nivel de actividad. • Alabama
  1. Ubicado en Opelika, su origen es de la II Guerra Mundial; campo de concentración Germano/Italiano. Está siendo renovado.

• Alaska
  1. Se encuentra en tierras poco conocidas, al este de Anchorage.
  2. No existe acceso (carretera) disponible, sin embargo hay un sistema ferroviario disponible.
  3. La instalación tiene capacidad para albergar 500.000 personas.

• Arizona
  1. Ubicada en Fort Huachua, a 20 kilómetros de la frontera con México y 30 de Nogales. Es parte del programa Rex 84. Tiene facilidades para la custodia de emergencia.
  2. Se encuentra en Florence, su origen es de la II Guerra Mundial; campo de concentración Germano/Italiano. Está siendo renovado.
  3. Este se sitúa en Pinal County, Gila River, fue un centro de internamiento durante la II Guerra Mundial Japonesa/Americana.
  4. Situado en Yuma County, Colorado River, bis punto 3.

• Arkansas
  1. Situada en Fort Chaffe, tiene una nueva pista de aterrizaje. Este campo tiene una capacidad para albergar 20.000 prisioneros.
  2. En Chicot/ Drew Counties Jerome. Campo renovado de entierro utilizado durante la II Guerra Mundial Japonesa/Americana.
  3. En Descha County Rowher. Campo de detención renovado de la II Guerra Mundial
  4. En Blythville AFB. Esta base fue cerrada, pero actualmente se utiliza como campamento. En este lugar fueron construídas barracas de madera, al igual que torres de vigilancia. Se encuentra cercado con alambres de púa.
  5. La instalación FEMA de Berryville se encuentra al este de Eureaka, por la autopista 62.
  6. La instalación FEMA en Omaha se encuentra en la autopista 65, al sur de una antigua planta de procesamiento de madera. Se encuentra en un antiguo camino que conduce a un vertedero de residuos tóxicos. Nota: La instalación en Missisipi se encuentra en también cerca de un vertedero de residuos tóxicos.

• California
  1. En Oakdale Ca, 90 kilómetros al este de San Francisco por la autopista 120. Tiene un mínimo de capacidad para 15.000 personas. Formó parte del Programa Rex 84. Tiene facilidades para la custodia de emergencia.
  2. En Vandenberg AFB, situado a medio camino entre San Louis Obispo y Santa Bárbara. La base está en la carretera 1, cerca de la 101. Bis Rex 84. Bis Custodia de emergencia.
  3. En Fort Irwin, esta es una región de monte remota al sur del Monumento Nacional del Valle de la Muerte. Esta base ha sido declarada como inactiva, sin embargo,  hay un campo de concentración ubicado en esta instalación a 30 Kilómetros de la Interestatal 15 en Barstow.
  4. En Inyo County Manzana, Campo renovado de entierro utilizado durante la II Guerra Mundial Japonesa/Americana.
  5. Modoc County Tulelake, bis punto 4.
  6. Sacramento Army Depot, sin datos específicos.

• Colorado
  1. Old Lowell AFB. Hace poco, cercas de alambre fueron colocados en los alrededores, además, el gobierno compró 40.000 esposas y girlletes para este sitio.

 

• Florida
  1. En Avon Park, sin datos disponibles.
  2. En Camp Krome, situado cerca del Departamento de Justicia de Miami de detención e interrogatorio.
  3. Situada en Elgin AFB, esta base supera los 50 kilómetros y se extiende desde Pensacola Bay hasta la autopista 331 en De Funiak Springs. Es adyacente a la interestatal 10 en el norte y por el centro de vacaciones Fort Walton Beach.
